HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as we have dispatched your order you will receive an order confirmation which includes your tracking number and a link to track your tracking information. When clicked this will direct you to the relevant couriers website and your orders status


WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

we shipping through SEPOMEX (mexican postal service) All items shipped via International Registered Airmail from Mexico
I will send Tracking number after package is shipped,
Usually a package takes 15-20 business days shipped to the U.S., Canada, Australia, U.K.
3 to 4 weeks shipped to other countries.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide which means we probably ship to your country.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Most orders ship within 3 working days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or bank holidays. If there is a delay with your order will we contact you to let you know.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IM NOT IN TO SIGN FOR IT?
Depending on your courier they should leave you a card. You can then arrange a redelivery or collection. Keep an eye on your tracking info and they should update this page with any relevant information.

If a redelivery or collection is not arranged it will be returned to us. We can then resend it but additional postage will have to be paid.

WILL MY PARCEL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL CUSTOM AND IMPORT CHARGES?
TITINA cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from TITINA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to TITINA. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance, the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
